Recently, prices of core raw materials for polyurethane have been rising continuously, with fluctuations accelerating significantly — the price of cold storage insulation panels has changed on a daily basis, meaning a quote given in the morning may need to be revised in the afternoon.

This round of price increase is not caused by a single factor: tight supply of upstream chemical raw materials, coupled with rising logistics, energy and other comprehensive costs. We pass on cost changes truthfully and do not issue false quotes that rise first and then fall.

For customers preparing cold storage projects, our advice is straightforward: If you have a purchase plan in the near future, please confirm your order as soon as possible and lock in the current price.

There are three practical reasons:

· Prices are locked only for confirmed orders, not verbal intentions. Orders with confirmed bookings and deposits will be executed at the contract price; projects with only verbal inquiries can only be calculated at the daily price.

· Production lead times will be extended. When raw materials are tight, the production and shipment lead times for panels will be delayed accordingly. Confirming orders early ensures production scheduling in time, so as not to delay the construction timeline.

· Purchasing the entire cold storage system at once is more cost-effective. Equipping panels, cold storage doors, and units in one go, with unified production scheduling and shipment, saves more than just the unit price compared to separate purchases.

Our current production and inventory status: standard thickness panels are kept in regular stock, custom thickness panels are produced based on orders; signed orders will be prioritized for delivery. Price adjustments will be notified in advance, and no temporary price increases will be applied at the shipment stage.
