Project Background
The client is a food processing enterprise located in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing. The workshop needs to meet two temperature zone requirements simultaneously: raw materials such as vegetables require cold storage for preservation, while finished and semi-finished products need freezing storage. Using a shared system would not only cause temperature interference but also lead to odor cross-contamination and energy waste.
Based on the client’s processing flow and site conditions, our technical team designed a dual independent system — the freezer and cold storage are each equipped with independent refrigeration units and electric control systems, operating separately without mutual interference.
Solution Configuration
Warehouse Structure
· Polyurethane double-sided color steel plate assembled warehouse body
· Fully enclosed insulation for floor, ceiling and four walls
· Warehouse panel joints locked by eccentric hooks, ensuring excellent sealing performance
Ceiling-mounted air cooler and insulated ducts in warehouse
Refrigeration System
· Two sets of integrated refrigeration units operating independently, corresponding to the freezer and cold storage respectively
· Outdoor units concentrated on the roof platform with sufficient heat dissipation space
· Ceiling-mounted air coolers in the warehouse, with insulated ducts for air supply
Integrated condensing unit (installed beside the vegetable processing workshop)
Control System
· Two independent wall-mounted electric control boxes with digital temperature display
· Independent start/stop and alarm functions; failure of one warehouse does not affect the operation of the other
· Control panels facing the aisle, facilitating daily inspection and parameter adjustment
Door & Details
· Stainless steel door frame with moisture-proof sealing strip
· Foam sealing treatment for pipe penetration through walls, reducing cold bridges and cold leakage
