Project Overview
This project is a key implementation project for the company to expand into the South Pacific market, serving large local tropical fruit planting and export enterprises in Papua New Guinea. It primarily addresses the freshness preservation challenges of tropical fruits and vegetables (including bananas, pineapples, mangoes, papayas, etc.) during long-distance sea freight exports, and establishes a cold chain channel for local agricultural products to export to China. The total construction period is 90 days, with completion and commissioning in November 2024, and it has passed the bilateral cold chain standards acceptance for food import and export between China and Papua New Guinea.

Core Equipment Configuration: 2 sets of Copeland scroll parallel refrigeration units, fully automatic nitrogen + carbon dioxide + ethylene three-parameter CA system, ultrasonic constant temperature and humidity system, ozone sterilization system, one-click intelligent control system, and cold storage airtightness guarantee system.
Detailed Construction Content
The core construction content of the project includes five modules: 8 independent controllable CA freshness storage rooms, pre-cooling and sorting workshop, refrigeration machine room, control center, and loading/unloading platform. In response to the freshness characteristics of tropical fruits and vegetables, each CA storage room is equipped with an independent CA control system, which can independently set temperature, humidity, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and ethylene concentration parameters according to the freshness requirements of different fruit and vegetable types, realizing multi-purpose use of one storage room and meeting the export freshness needs of various fruits and vegetables. In light of the high temperature, high humidity, heavy rainfall, and strong ultraviolet climate characteristics of the South Pacific, the cold storage body adopts a double-layer moisture-proof and vapor-proof design, and the roof is equipped with a waterproof and heat-insulating layer to eliminate condensation and moisture problems of the cold storage body.
