Project Overview
This project is a key agricultural supporting project for rural revitalization in Huangping County. The company's winning bid amount is RMB 1.3923 million, serving the high-quality fruit planting industrial park in Huangping County. It mainly solves the problems of storage, preservation and off-peak sales of plateau characteristic fruits in Guizhou such as kiwifruit, honey plum, blueberry and golden autumn pear. The project is strictly designed and constructed in accordance with agricultural product cold chain preservation standards, completed and put into operation in March 2024, passed the acceptance of Guizhou Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and included in the node of Guizhou Provincial Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics Backbone Network.

Core Equipment Configuration: 2 sets of Copeland scroll parallel refrigeration units, 8 sets of independent CA control systems, vacuum pre-cooler, ultrasonic humidification system, ozone sterilization system, intelligent temperature & humidity monitoring system, and fruit/vegetable in-out warehouse management system.
Detailed Construction Content
The project is mainly built with 8 independent CA cold storages, supporting pre-cooling and sorting workshops, refrigeration machine rooms, automatic control centers and loading/unloading platforms, to realize the full-process preservation service of plateau characteristic fruits from picking to storage. Targeting the characteristics of large diurnal temperature difference and high humidity fluctuation in Guizhou's plateau mountainous climate, a constant temperature & humidity precise control system is customized, with temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃ and humidity control accuracy of ±3%, preventing fruit water loss and rot caused by temperature fluctuation in the warehouse. The 8 independent CA chambers can adapt to the preservation parameters of different fruits such as kiwifruit and honey plum respectively, realizing category-based and batch-based independent storage without mutual interference.
