Project Overview
This project is a key supporting project for the authentic Chinese medicinal materials industry in Wumeng Mountains, Hezhang County. The company’s winning bid amount is RMB 2.0989 million, serving local large-scale Chinese medicinal material planting and processing enterprises. It corely solves the problems of low-temperature storage, constant-temperature drying, mold and pest prevention for authentic Chinese medicinal materials in Wumeng Mountains such as Gastrodia elata, Pinellia ternata, Codonopsis pilosula, Polygonatum sibiricum, Panax notoginseng, etc. The project is strictly designed and constructed in accordance with the "Pharmaceutical Quality Management Specification (GSP)", completed and put into operation in December 2023, and passed the acceptance inspection by the Bijie Market Supervision Administration.

Core Equipment Configuration: 3 Copeland scroll-type constant temperature and humidity refrigeration units, rotary desiccant dehumidification system, ozone-based mold and pest prevention system, explosion-proof electrical automatic control system, medicinal material temperature and humidity traceability management system, fresh air purification system.
Detailed Construction Scope
The project covers the integrated delivery of five modules: special cold storage main body for Chinese medicinal materials, constant temperature and humidity refrigeration system, dehumidification system, electrical explosion-proof system, and warehouse management system. In response to the special needs of Chinese medicinal material storage, the cold storage body adopts mold-resistant and antibacterial panels, and the ground is treated with moisture-proof and vapor-barrier measures to eliminate condensation and mold growth inside. The supporting precise dehumidification system can stably control the relative humidity in the storage at 45%-65%, fully meeting the humidity requirements for authentic Chinese medicinal material storage and avoiding moisture-induced mold and loss of active ingredients. Meanwhile, all electrical equipment adopts explosion-proof design to eliminate safety hazards caused by accumulation of medicinal material dust, complying with pharmaceutical storage safety production standards.

Precise constant temperature and humidity control: Adopts dual-cool-source constant temperature and humidity units, achieving temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ and humidity control accuracy of ±5% inside the storage, with 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation to ensure consistent medicinal material quality and prevent loss of active ingredients;
Exclusive mold and pest prevention design: Equipped with dual ozone sterilization + UV mold and pest prevention system, realizing dead-angle-free sterilization without chemical fumigants, eliminating pesticide residues and secondary pollution of medicinal materials, and meeting the requirements of green storage for Chinese medicinal materials;
Full-process traceability management: Equipped with a Chinese medicinal material storage traceability system, recording real-time temperature and humidity data in the storage and information of medicinal materials in and out of the warehouse, realizing full-process traceability of medicinal materials from planting, processing, storage to sales, and meeting pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
